Cabbage is a vegetable that can be eaten by young and old alike, and it contains a lot of water, so even friends with diabetes who are worried about getting fat can eat more.

Cabbage can actually be eaten raw. You can add some of your favorite food to your salad to start it beautifully.
Ingredients: 1 cabbage, sesame salad dressing, 2 tablespoons of sesame dressing, 2 tablespoons of salad dressing (mayonnaise), 1 teaspoon of miso, seasoning with sugar, vinegar, salt, 1 teaspoon of cooked sesame.
Cabbage removes old leaves and roots.
After cleaning, cut in the middle, remove the yellow part of the center and use it without affecting the appearance.
Do n’t waste the yellow part, you can use stir-fry or mix to eat.
The green part of the thimble is cut into filaments, and the finer the setting, the better.
You can also use a paring knife to slice the cabbage upright.
After cutting, take in ice water and soak for 2-3 minutes. After the cabbage is hardened, remove it and drain the water.
When you eat, you can take it out and drizzle it with sauce.
Sauce preparation: Pour sesame sauce into a bowl, add miso and moderate cold water to dilute.
Add salad dressing, salt, sugar, vinegar, and mix well.
Finally, add the sesame seeds to make a “sesame salad dressing”.
Before eating, take out the cold stuffed cabbage and drizzle the sesame salad dressing.
Tips Stir-fried cabbage with ice water can remove the bitterness of raw cabbage and make the cabbage crispy.
The sauce tastes sour and sweet. Since I use sesame sauce made by myself, the amount of water added is different from the commercially available sesame sauce.
It is recommended to use cold water to mix the sesame sauce, which is not easy to adjust, and it should be able to adhere to the consistency of the surface of the shreds.
